      Pros

      Inova has a close network of employees and a strong sense of community. They have a great ability at acquiring talented professionals who are passionate about their careers. Inova also has a strong reputation and is an excellent opportunity to gain some experience behind a premier health system.

      Cons

      A lot of employees lose benefits when they are acquired by Inova and feel the company does not invest in its employees well being. National holidays such as Christmas count as paid vacation and overall the majority of medical staff are underpaid.

      Team work....Inova promotes team work. The goal of Inova is ultimate patient satisfaction. Inova cares about their employees as well as the patients.

      Lack of benefits.. The benefit package isdwindling.
