RUN AWAY! Working here has been the worst decision in my professional life. The pay is laughable... it is not competitive and does not support the cost of living in NoVa. Benefits are ehh... could be better. Need to use PTO for holiday, sick, and vacation... if you are hourly and dont have enough hours accrued you don't get paid. Overall, dont come here you WILL regret it.
