      Pros

      Great organization as a structure. It's written values mission and goals are inspiring. There is an opportunity for greatness but may not be reached.

      Cons

      Poor leadership....claim they want to be the best in the world, but this doesn't apply to behavioral health. Need to review how they invest in employees has one of the highest employee turnover rate and has few women and minorities in Senior Leadership.

      Pros

      Inova for all of it's many cons does have flexible work schedules, great coworkers, and an array of career paths. This includes both clinical and research based careers.

      Cons

      In my opinion the cons outweigh the positives. Very poor treatment of employees who are not MD staff, terrible benefits, understaffed and over worked, limited room for advancement within the organization, as well as being well known for underpaying employees. Many of these cons exist because they are simply the largest hospital system within Northern Virginia, which gives employees limited options.
