      Pros

      Was notified of the Clinical Immersion Program. And was one of the candidates picked for the job. Was really excited to start.

      Cons

      The weekend right before I was suppose to start The Recruiter called to tell me o was unable to start because they wasn't able to verify my educational background. But come to find out the young lady at PreCheck didn't submit my information. The lady from my old high school said she sent the information to them 1 month in advance. Can you say pissed off to the max.

      Pros

      Nothing is a plus about Inova Loudoun.

      Cons

      Management is horrible in Health Information aka Medical Records in Loudoun. Inova hires supervisors that do not know the job functions and just want a "body" in the department. Doesn't listen to employees and HR does not care what employees are going through.
