      Pros

      Very professional, team driven environment.Opportunity to work with trained staff and receive clinical education from the Doctors and Therapists.

      Cons

      Difficult to understand how to keep track of personal clinical hours as an intern or resident without direction from staff.

      Pros

      Benefits aren't bad and you can get cheap premiums on healthcare. The people you work with are generally great.

      Cons

      Moving up in the company is possible, but very limited. Getting a raise without a title change seems nearly impossible, and title changes are hard to come by. Most lab workers seem to get stuck in the same position with low pay.
