Business Outlook
Pros
Great people to work with outside of management (more than half). You do have a feeling of helping the community. The Health benefits are still pretty good.
Cons
Middle and lower level management (not all, but more than half at the locations I have worked) bully their employees into submission and/or have their own little clicks. They have no clue on how to treat employees. They view us and want us to be Lemmings or sheeple. This has all manafested itself in that a lot of good employees have been pushed out (or Fired/let go) over the last three years (and not just in my department).
