Pros
The best thing about working here is that, at least in my dept, people are laid back and honest. They are happy and I don't feel any negativity, gossip, or hostility between anyone. Inova has a lot of departments so I suppose you could always more around. And of course, Inova has tons of amazing benefits.
Cons
I am hourly and find that my work schedule continues to be varied. My work schedule was up in the air when I got hired, but half a year later, it is still being worked out...I get called off without pay sometimes....I'm having trouble budgeting with all the variations in my hours.
