Big Business Has Taken Over Health Care

Pros

Good benefits; opportunity to take CEUs within the organization; decent pay for clinical positions; some managers who understand that a happy, cohesive staff provides better care.

Cons

The totem pole has become entirely too top heavy, and is so far disconnected from the lower support that it doesn't realize the damage it's doing to nurse:patient ratios and patient care. The culture and values it claims to hold itself and staff to on its advertising material is nothing more than propaganda and hypocrisy at its finest.

Cultural differences, Multicultural, great pay, and benefits, work with people from every State in the United States, Every County in the World.... Would never trade my experience with Inova Loudoun.....

Cons

Multicultural, language barriers, cultural differences, contractors took over the Hospital after my fourth year.... That Family feel and respect left quickly
