Pros
The staff members that I work with are fantastic. We all really work well together as a team to get things done and to help teach each other.
Cons
I feel that management just views us as a body to fill the slot instead of treating us as valued employees. And when you voice your concerns, they give you some generic answer, or try to sound understanding and sympathetic but you can tell its fake.
