      Pros

      Financially sound, mission driven organization. Wonderful people and positive culture. Strong brand and market position with a reputation for clinical excellence. Great care overall with pockets of true clinical excellence.

      Cons

      History of success makes innovation, response to change more challenging. Need better articulation and communication of strategic priorities so that all employees and staff can relate. Sometimes the emphasis on shourt-term outcomes distracts from long-term investment in people.
