      Supportive team, many educational resources for beginner nurses, makes sure you feel thoroughly prepared to become a nurse on your own, scheduling flexibility

      Cons

      It would have been nice to have the New Grad program online so those of us who commute far don't have to essentially come to work on their days off! Nurses need their days off, especially when new and taking in so much information.

      Best Hospital I've Worked At

      Great Benefits and opportunities for growth

      Cons

      Most large hospital systems place a lot of emphasis on the bottom line and it showed at INOVA quite a bit. But, of all of the hospitals I've worked, this one seemed to value their nursing staff quite a bit and pay/benefits seem to be improving on a consistent basis.
