Pros
Not any I can think of. Working remote is nice but there’s no employee benefits that are amazing.
Cons
Management leaves you to fend for yourself. The company does not care about you as a person especially if you going through something like I dunno battling stage 3 cancer… Management looks out for themselves and when assistance is needed they are NO WHERE TO BE FOUND.
