Pros
When I joined the company years ago, there was limited DE&I. A couple years ago, they hired a team to focus on this and things changed. The executive leadership team went from only 2 women and no people of color to 6 women and 3 people of color. Employees are able to access training which is company wide and very inclusive. As an Inclusion Advocate, I get to give feedback which has led to changes in processes and policies to foster diversity, equity and inclusion. In Diversity, the company is definitely changing for the better.
Cons
The company is moving too fast. Prioritization needs to be explained and sustained.
