Salary was above average, however low commission plan

Cons

Company culture is extremely TOXIC When I quit I was promised benefits through the end of the month and they got shut off immediately after my last day. Returned all equipment within 7 days, but got notified 2 weeks later that they wanted to take me to court for theft. Terrible morals, values and do not care about employees at all.
