They will stab you in the back if you are a full time Coder.. worked there for over 14 years full-time with benefits… There’s also part-timers working with no benefits… This past October they laid all the full-time people off with benefits. They also are the highest paid employees and kept a part-time people with no benefits… Then three weeks later, they decided to call the full-time people back and asked if they wanted to work part time with no benefits!! Way to go way to get stabbed to the back! Do not work here. You cannot trust them then when you try to contact them, they will ghost you… Started out good..but that’s it

No sick days they expect you to leave some of your PTO for unexpected sick days They have you do other jobs with out raise of pay They can be very strict Call volume can sometimes be overwhelming
