No work. Disorganized company. No help for last minute concerns/help. They expect a lot from you but its not reciprocal. Example: they don't schedule you for work for two weeks without waiting pay but you must provide them two weeks notice for time off on a "as needed job".

I found it very concerning that there was a lot of conflicting information between first interview with recruiter and Team Lead after hire. Was not aware of the conflict until after hire, so unable to ask pertinent questions to clarify until after employed. Very uncaring training staff for Remote Coding Review Consultant new hires. Also very intimidating atmosphere and we were not allowed to communicate at all among each other with any sort of questions regarding anything. I was given a verbal warning because I shared an email with a co-worker about the snow delay when the great blizzard hit Maryland in January. You are made to feel that you should be grateful that you even have a job and that you are their minion and you will do as they say or else. While, this may be true to a degree, it doesn't need to be done in a degrading manner. After all, new hires, expecially those without experience aren't as familiar with the in's and out's of some companies as experienced employees.
