Inovalon has the best team members who are always willing to partner on projects to enhance processes and company culture for all of the enterprise. Flexibility and work life balance is extremely important to me and I could not be more happy to work for a company that checks both of these boxes. My leader gives me the space to be creative and utilize my expertise in my role yet is always there to support and guide on projects. I love working for a company that is making extensive strides within the healthcare system with Real World Data to bring value to patience lives. This is very meaningful to me as I am a patient within the healthcare space as well and love seeing the extensive impact that is being made to enhance value based care. There are tons of Diversity Equity and Inclusion events and opportunities to get involved. I always walk away from these events learning something new and impactful to flourish my being my life and my career.
