Business Outlook
Pros
If you have a smart and supportive leadership group, you'll do fine (probably). There are periods throughout the year when management sends out surveys for employee feedback, and they do address what they receive. Work/Life balance (again, see above). Work from home. Little to no travel. Yearly bonus evaluation.
Cons
Every dept out for their own objectives, even though they need to work with others; causes stress, conflict, and sometimes being overworked. Alot of reorganization going on in the high-level management. High level management passes down new procedures and policies that infringe onto the work and life of regular employees without much notice or care for feedback/impact.
