      Pros

      Great Hours, Great People to work with, Simple task to complete if you know what you're doing.

      Cons

      Inconsistency with scheduling and hours on a constant basis which makes for inconsistent pay. No promotion for growth on an entry level, especially for field workers.

      Pros

      insurance policy, your phone doesn't ring that much....thus no communication...Work at home, but in the end, that's not even worth it.

      Cons

      flexibility, pay...lowest on the national standard, management, communication, ethic, resources, time off, training, no room for any mistakes, even simple ones. Constant micromanaging, If you are IN with the IN crowd, you should be ok, although in the past year we have lost some pretty excellent leaders...in which we now have new ones. , that could be the problem. As I said it does not matter. There are hundreds of us, and are simply a number. No room for advancement at all.
