Pros

Truly kind and intelligent people, at least in the department where I work. Remote work. Great benefits. Flexible schedule. Lots of emphasis on inclusivity and celebrating diversity. Groups for working parents, parents with special needs kids, single parents, etc. Rarely experience issues with the company's digital infrastructure. It's a huge company so there are many opportunities for cross training or switching departments.

Cons

Salary is not the best. PTO is average.
