      Pros

      Ability to select availability (which can be changed at a later time); you set your schedule Work in different settings daily

      Cons

      Communication is limited due to out of state location of main office. This puts a strain on the employee/management relationship and the ability to be tangibly assessed for your work performance.

      None, there is nothing positive to list here. Getting paid every two weeks is all I can think of

      Pay is laughable, benefits are horrible, rigid management, zero work/life balance.... just a miserable environment
