Too many to say but...poor poor management, hold times for IT extremely long and you will need them on speed dial, messages left for IT never get returned, after training never get scheduled for any work and never told this during training, very shoddy, slow equipment, no contact from supervisors unless you call them, and I could go on and on.

The ethics and morals of the company are a joke. Inovalon treats its employees and its customers like dirt, and the company has a really bad reputation in the industry. There are a few exceptions, but management is, for the most part, very incompetent. Job security is very low. There is little to no opportunity for learning. Executive turnover has been very bad; they cannot seem to keep competent executives. Almost all of them leave in a year. Even though job site lists 100 job openings, company recently fired several hundred people.
