Pros

Work life balance is good as they allow working from home once a week or more than that. It depends on your manager too!

Cons

Dirty Politics at the management level to gain more power. Every company has such kind of issues but the way managers play politics to become senior and senior to become director is unbelievable. It didn't affect me for initial 2 years so I didn't care about that much but now I am little bit concern about that.

I can work when I want. Yes, I agree to work so many days and hours a week but the work is between 8-5 Monday thru Friday and if no sites are scheduled you can work from home when you want.

Cons

Every job has it's negatives, but not working Holidays and every other weekend makes up for it!

Great pay for work Boss was very nice

Very, very, VERY strict. They treat you like a robot in the call center. Barely allowed to breathe between calls. If you come back even 1 minute late from break they will ask you what's going on? Very dull/redundant work.
