Pros
The company is stacked with talent at all levels. It operates at a frenetic pace, but it is necessary in order to keep up with the incredible growth opportunities. There appears to be a genuine effort to maintain an employee focus while at the same time respond to the evident growth opportunities. I have been here a year, I have witnessed significant improvement in attempts to share information and communicate more effectively with everybody. There is a lot of incredibly hard work going on. It's definitely not a place for the faint of heart, but it can provide great opportunity and reward for bright people who want to make an impact.
Cons
The pace at which the company is growing poses challenges for some of the mid level managers in striking the appropriate work-life balance for their direct reports. These leaders need to evolve more in developing a climate or productivity and employee satisfaction.
