Pros

Close to home and nice facilities.

Cons

I was brought on as a contractual employee to assist in mass hiring on field employees. I worked there for one month before quiting. I was working on my masters while working there and I was told I would only be working a 40 hour week. I ended up being told by my supervisors that I had to stay late until the work was completed. I ended up working 70 hour weeks and get so far behind in my class that I had to drop it. It was an extremely stressful job where quotas had to be made or eles we would be yelled at and belittled. I thought I was going to assist recruiters (as my job title entailed) but ended up pushing paper work all day, every day. I still don't know what the company acutally did. Worst job of my life! Would not recommend it to anyone. When I tried to quit they kept telling me I was not allowed to quit and that they were so disappointed in me. WTF.

Pros

- Decent pay. - Get to work from home.

Cons

- Laid us off 2 weeks before Christmas without notice. - Expect you to wait around for more work to show up. - No sick days, no benefits except 401k. - Poor communication, change projects constantly without notice. Quotas are the same whether you have 1000 page charts or 1 page charts. - Can't make up more than 2 hours. Work can disappear at any time.

Pros

Working from home was a plus when first hired.

Cons

The company changed their policy frequently and when first hired you could work flexible hours but changed it that you had to submit you work hours and days a week in advance and had to w work a min of 4 hours per day with no breaks. The would not provide any feedback on if you were doing ok or not. You could not have any other part time job so you were not guaranteed any min hours and provided no benefits or paid time off so you had to work 7 days a week with no time off. If you take any Time off you did dot get paid.
