      Very disappointing and frustrating. Very unfriendly atmosphere.

      Pros

      Company seems to be good at providing current tools and software to assist in performing job.

      Cons

      There seems to be much turnover due to poor employee relations and lack of interest from management. Employee morale is very low. Benefits are very costly. Pay seems to be below industry standard. PTO and number of holidays are not that good.

      I was a mid-level manager who moved to Maryland for this job. This was the worst job of my life and I quit after 6 months.

      Chart over-reads (remote) at home went very well. Overtime if you make your 25 charts per day.

      Pros

      It was great doing over-reads at home. Then they decided to train my team to do coding!!. No choice.

      Cons

      Taken away from my CI position because my team did so well. SO THEY SAID! Asked what will happen if I couldn't do coding. OH don't worry, you'll pass. Impossible to pass. Fired!!! Didn't want this position and had no voice in the matter.
