      2024 Inovalon Onboarding Experience

      Pros

      The onboarding experience at Inovalon was overall great! The onboarding partners were organized, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. They were also helpful beyond the orientation to make sure they could answer any lingering questions or connect you to the right resources you are looking for. A great way to start off at Inovalon.

      Cons

      Could definitely see how the process could get slowed down or diminish the experience if there were more people in an onboarding cohort (i.e. more technical issues -> more interruptions). Maybe there could be a way to have an integrated breakout room for those who need technical/other assistance (or something like that to keep the main group who aren't having issues chugging along while the others have their problems fixed and caught up).

      Few projects are good. Salaries are good.

      Cons

      Taking few steps to improve the company growth, those might feel might not work, taking single side of openin. Not considering actually who working management just listening managers, no skip level meeting conducting.
