Pros

Remote and field position. Great training. Inovalon invested a tremendous amount of training in me. Trained in just about every type of chart review. Decent pay. Loved this job and all the employees I interacted with. Looking forward to working at least another 6 years. Last employee review had me at 98 percent accuracy and all else up to par.

Cons

Blind-sided..........no warning........a call from HR .......job terminated. I understand this is not personal towards me, but a business restructuring layoff. Best to never never never get attached to a job because you never know.

Pros

Pay was fairly decent and you pretty much work on your own

Cons

There is very poor communication between employees and management. Worked for them for almost 4 years and out of the blue was called and left go with no reason as to why...Very disorganized and unprofessional!!!!

Pros

None. I would have said the Monday-Friday 9-5 schedule, however what does that matter when you have to worry about whether or not you will even have a job tomorrow? Next Monday? Next Friday?

Cons

This company has proven to its employees that they are nothing but a number. They are not human, they are dollar signs. There is no job security whatsoever. Yesterday this company decided to send several employees, many who have put in there time with the company (5-10yrs), packing. With absolutely no warning. All of these dedicated employees show up to work yesterday as if it would be any other day at the office, only to find hired security and upper management from the main head quarters. Employees received a call to come to a conference room, were advised they were being fired, and escorted out by security. How awful? These people have homes, children, families, and have been dedicated employees to a plummeting company and that is what they receive in turn. When I say several employees, I mean right around 50 individual employees from ONE office. Please note, there is only a little less than 150 employees in the office to begin with. It's a sad, sad day. Welcome to corporate America where Dr. Keith Dunleavy is sitting pretty on plenty of cash, meanwhile letting go of people simply just trying to earn a living wage.
