      They might following some strategies. It will be good if the management takes the 2nd version from employee clarifications if any feed back from leadership. Good to have discussions the reasons for the position eliminations.

      Pros

      Remote work for those not living within a 50 mile radius of the sites, great coworkers, and PTO.

      Cons

      Horrible product training, sales over promises and underserved clients resulting in cancellations, management clueless about the products themselves just seat fillers in roles delegating tasks, extremely low pay for the work and mental stress placed upon the employees, lots of unsatisfied customers who were misled about the products and their abilities, SOPs outdated and training videos not of good use when handling issues with products. 60 days in and I knew this wasn’t the job for me and I have always been a great performer in any role I’ve held. The red flag I should’ve paid attention to was being interviewed by a manager and upon onboarding finding out she had quit.
