Pros
As a whole, the company has extremely talented, friendly, and helpful employees. The management as a whole is stellar. They care about their employees' feedback and engagement. They also see the importance of diversity, they have a lot of focus around DE&I and making sure the company has a diverse workforce.
Cons
The worst thing about Inovalon is they tend to have very large layoffs once a year, always around the same time of year. No one is safe during that time. Other than that, it is a great place to work.
