If you like being (micro) managed, this is the place for you. Every single phone call you make to prospects/customers is recorded. At the end of each day, there is a "team call" to find out how many phone calls you made and how many new opportunities you created. If this is your idea of "sales", this is the right job for you. If you enjoy being talked to like a 10-year old kid, this is the right job for you. The company (as of October 2023) is roughly 38% to plan for yearly goals/revenues. Very few people are making any commissions because of pricing structure which is NOT negotiable. Prospects/Customers are choosing the competition because of much better pricing and customer support. Which brings me to another CON....the company could care less about current customers. They only want new business. They are willing to lose current customers and then blame YOU (the sales rep) for doing so. Listen, just steer clear of this company. The company has hired 15 sales reps in 2023 but has lost 17+. Again, the company could care less about current employees (similar to they don't care about current customers). It's a "churn and burn" culture.
