It's a risk, you may have a good future, like those people working at google. but, it is hard to say for now, and you have to wait at least 5-10 years to see that if it does happen.
Cons
Tie too much time to the work, and the current benefit is poor comparing to the profitability. so the company makde a good money, but not those common emploees.
