Pros
InPro has the policy of employee first, and they certainly take good care of their employees. - vacation days +20 days - great healthcare packages - great 401K and life insurance packages - many employee bonding activities and events - gym and excercise classes on site - management is very transparent on the sales metrics, and on how the company is doing. It's a prosperous and profitable company - the work force is young and young in spirit. They hire people with entrepreneurial minds - they are a private company, therefore they are not ruled by wallstreet - great work/life balance
Cons
- their salaries are average or a bit below average, depending your title - very politically conservative (they don't hide it), and almost try to impose it (which is not surprising for the area they are located)
