Pros

Management Team really reaches out to see what they can do to support. Full training support for as many certifications as you want to get. Company cares about the quality they deliver to government agencies. They also have a program for engineers looking to advance their careers which is hard in the government space.

Cons

Headquarters is far away but moving.
