- Remote work opportunities - Work with some of the most talented individuals in the insurance space - "Sticky" product that you can get behind--it is truly revolutionizing surplus lines management - Ability to "own" your role and grow it--a great deal of autonomy for individuals willing to take the lead - A company that TRULY stands behind the mantra of work-life balance--all employees receive 4 weeks of PTO - Outstanding senior leadership team that listens to ideas and is actively involved

Because we're growing quickly, you're never bored! There's an opportunity to try on many different hats and grow within your position. The team atmosphere plays a big role here, and we depend on each other. Everyone has a great mindset to provide great service and develop relationships with clients. It's a fun, challenging place to work!
Cons
Because we're growing, you need to be ok adapting to change. We are updating our software frequently and use a lot of different systems that might require ongoing training. You'll be stressed at times with the workflow fluctuation as we bring on additional clients.
