      Pros

      Love the new direction and recent changes with management. Great benefits working here such as Unlimited PTO, remote work, and great co-workers. There has been more transparency and conversations across all internal channels, which leads to a more effective and communicative team.,

      Cons

      No annual raises. Pay your employees. Have seen A LOT of turnover because of this alone. My advice to leadership: Do what you can to retain talent My advice to new applicants: Negotiate a high starting rate

      The company has seen a significant turnaround beginning with the reshaping of the executive team, a move that has revitalized the entire organization. There are regular cross-departmental meetings, ensuring that everyone, from the product team, to marketing, to sales and operations, are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. The level of openness gives employees a clear understanding of where the company is headed and the rationale behind major decisions.

      Some improvements needed with legacy systems and practices but that will come as the company grows and as more resources come onboard.

      Pros

      The teamwork is great and the strategic direction is finally attainable. There is an overwhelming spirit of teamwork and comradery that is taking over and when all are rowing in the same direction, great things happen. The management team changes have improved morale and accomplishments are celebrated!

      Cons

      Still a little short-staffed to accomplish as much as possible, but appreciate the mindfulness in fiscal responsibility and management.
