      Pros

      Exiting technology, bright employees, flexible environment. Senior management that care about the employees and not just the bottom line.

      Cons

      Can be hectic at times due to the nature of the business. Brand new technology translates into brand new, never seen problems.

      Pros

      Great people, great technology, great customers. I never imagined a year ago that I would be working for Inseego and although 2020 has been a tough year, working here has been a huge bright spot. The opportunities are endless.

      Cons

      No real cons for me although I would say working for Inseego is definitely not for the faint of heart.

      Pros

      Transparency, full understanding of strategy and goals, performance-based recognition, flex schedules - especially kind to families, thoughtful and personable leadership that values, empowers and recognizes EVERY level from intern to senior management, meaningful career development plans. Team atmosphere. There is a reason why people come here and don't leave!

      Cons

      No cons come to mind. It is high tech, so that means fast-paced. If you're not used to this industry, that could be viewed as a con.
