      The people that work there really care about their jobs

      Cons

      Product development process lacks focus Worst executive team I have ever worked under. Don't understand how to make the company successful. No communication to the company on direction No marketing intelligence Always fighting fires leading to late products that miss the market opportunity Manual processes - no systems to make things more efficient No room for growth or promotion. Received one raise in the time I worked there. Bonuses are tied to company performance, not individual goals or performance.

      Cons

      Toxic management, nepotism, crippling incompetence and unethical business practices. Channel Director had no idea what she was doing and would either fire or influence the firing of anyone she perceived as a threat.

      The people and culture were world class until the executive team and board decided to lay most of them off

      Cons

      There were not enough staff to deal with ongoing operations and projects leaving to quality issues and poor work-life balance for those who remained.
