Some of the people you work with are wonderful people

Cons

Constant bugs in their platform takes weeks to resolve issues for the customers escalations are a mess and not handled properly more stress than you need being piled upon you people are unhappy which creates a toxic environment

- Working remotely - Team Members are great, always willing to help - New Structure is hopeful for change and improvements. - New CRM updates and enhancements are great for our clients

Cons

- Some upper management lack the knowledge of the day to day their employees do. - Pay is way below the average, with inflation and economy changes and workload. It is a struggle when the pay does not match even the local average and increases are not guaranteed.

Your experience in this company will mainly revolve around the awful workplace politics and fake relationships among employees. Stay away from this horrible place.
