Great teamwork and a very supportive environment during training. The team is always willing to help and answer questions. The schedule is flexible, which is helpful, and the company does meaningful work within the state assisting clients with their home buying and selling processes.

Cons

Would love to see opportunities for higher pay over time.

Cons

- Inside Real Estate is one of the most maddening and poorly run organizations I have encountered. - Leadership operates without direction, making reactive decisions with no long-term strategy. - Accountability is nonexistent, and the same mistakes are repeated endlessly. - Supervisors act with unwarranted superiority despite clear incompetence. - Unreasonable demands are constant, harassment is routine, and credit is stolen from employees. - Respect is forced, not earned, and only comes from the position held. - The company offers no real growth, learning, guidance, or opportunities, leaving employees drained and frustrated.
