- Projects are very advanced. - Opportunities to learn a lot of things. - On time salary

- No bonus, you will get just salaries.

Pros

- people are very friendly and eager to help and great teammates

Cons

- management overall - unclear roadmap and vision of the company - a lot of projects remain unfinished because of poor time management and priorities - understaffed and not working on solving that problem at all - low salary and no bonuses or raises

Pros

Everything is flexible , not too much pressure.

Cons

Nothings better, you wont even get your credentials to work on even in two months, even if you ask they feels disturbed. They will constantly remind you who is the boss, and scold and say things which is highly non-professional. Not recommended at all.
