Pros

I currently work at Insider and have done for 6+ years, I’m lucky to work within such a great team and I have a very supportive manager. I’ve received a number of promotions over the years and have always felt recognised for my hard work. There’s always been opportunities for me to put forward ideas for improvement within the department and they are always valued. It’s a fast-paced environment (which suits me perfectly), and I know when I step away at 5:30 or at the weekend, work gets left behind and I can enjoy my free time without any expectations or pressures to work beyond my hours. Finally, I’ve met some lovely talented people here!

Cons

Flexibility with working hours could be better for start and finish times. It may not be for you if you want to work from home but being in the office supports the collaboration across the many different departments we have and you get to spend time with your team, so its personal preference.
