Pros

I like the people i work with - across the Company. I like the variety of my role and that i have full ownership of the sales ledger, am trusted to get on with it. we work hard and are recognised for doing so. I like the brand, i am proud to say i work for Insider!

Cons

While its not something i need, it could be of benefit sometimes to have flexible working hours.

Pros

A busy SME media company with a great set of had working employees. Every employee counts and contributes to the business. Senior management allows you to own your area and what you deliver. Unlike many companies, Insider’s Managing Director only expects you to work your core hours which are 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Which means your evenings and weekends are your own. Great Work-Life balance! Employee recognition through annual pay increases and opportunities for promotion for those who desire it. Also the Employee of the Month Cash Awards goes down well. Flexible working available to some if there is a need for it, ie: childcare etc. City Centre location

Cons

Office needs a refurb! – which I believe is happening this year. Already picking out the new carpets. Fast paced commercial environment – so if you’re not prepared to work hard and meet deadlines then this may not be for you.

Pros

- Socially a perfect place. A total google mindset. You can socialize with other employees. Insider tend to hire people with a similar mind set. - When you endure the working conditions in here, other companies regard you as resilient

Cons

- Total american culture, - Cruel working conditions and hours. - When you are fired, you do not get any compensation. - Workers are regarded as reusable plastics and not valued at all.
