Pros

Excellent company values. Good size - big enough, but not too big yet. Freedom for creativity to get your job done. Lots of great people from which to learn. I have had a great experience here.

Cons

Growing pains... The company is growing by acquisition, which is good, because they are making all the right investments. However, there is little to no integration of acquired companies, which has caused some issues.
