      Great Culture and Teammates

      Pros

      The culture is real. Our core values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony are reflected daily across our teams. My favorite is our Recognize app that allows us to recognize teammates for great performance - - and they can earn points to purchase cheap to more expensive items in our awards catalog. It is a true people-first approach - - which drives outstanding performance for our clients.

      Cons

      Compensation seems to be below industry norms. I think the flexibility and culture make up for it.

      Pros

      Extremely engaged in employee development; Extremely responsive management, market-acceptable pay, TONS of room for advancement and internal movement if desired.

      Cons

      Occasional disconnect between "core" business (h/w reselling) and field service personnel, but no significant impact; just lack of understanding between depts.
