      Still a good place to work, but changing...

      Pros

      I love my manager, I love my teammates, I enjoy having opportunties to learn the most cutting-edge software and apply them to new projects.

      Cons

      The culture has changed rapidly since I even began, and continues to decline. I feel more and more like just a number or a cog in a huge machine everyday.

      Lots of opportunity for training and skilling up covered by the company. Lots of smart people and good mentors at the company.

      Education benefit is $1000 a year.
