      Pros

      Insight Global offers a great opportunity for advancement throughout the company to all employees. They possess a great work culture that I have never seen through any other company I have worked for. They focus on developing their workers financially, professionally, and personally. Nothing but great words about Insight Global and their vision for success for all individuals!

      Cons

      Insight Global has a long training process. The main reason for this is to develop yourself into the best individual/worker you can be. Although this is a con, it is very beneficial for any worker at IG to be successful and grow as an individual.

      Pros

      You'll make so many friends and the commute isn't horrible from downtown Denver. The company conferences are always a blast.

      Cons

      You don't get compensated for your hard work. It's like working for a fraternity. There turnover rate is ridiculous and management fails to address important issues within the company.

      Always room to grow and they're all about giving well deserved recognition to people who do well! Such a fun company to work for all around. Everyone I've met is awesome both in and outside the office.

      Cons

      Can't really think of anything. It's definitely a hustle though. No time to slack off.
