Let's start with the fact that the whole company it's being managed through Whatsapp IG hooks you up with a project, they take some of the profit instead of it being directly paid to you and they literally do nothing They don't help when an issue arrives, they don't communicate with you or the client They beg and pray nothing bad happens and finally blame anything on the worker because of course, they want to keep the client happy Payments and contracts are horribly mismanaged, so much so that even they'll get confused, how so you might be wondering? They make you enter your time sheets in their own platform but ask you to send them a screenshot of the same hours through, you guessed it, whatsapp
