Pros
1) As it helps to get good opportunities with satisfactory employment rates. 2) Very cordial Management staff and always take care of you as a friend. 3)Always keep in touch with you and tries to make you feel the working environment very friendly where one enjoys to work. 4) Nice Work Ethics.
Cons
1) No reimbursement of Gas or transportation facilities. 2) Usually have short term contract projects. 3) Rare to get raise in the salary rates which you get even if your performance is good and you work for longer period.

Pros
They pay very well, though this was due to desperation. I don't hear from them unless there's a problem, of which there have been several. Afte a rocky start, things have been fairly calm.
Cons
They pushed back my start date three days in a row, eroding confidence in them. Every day after my interview there was yet another piece of paper to fill out. This went on for over two weeks. That means literally 14+ extra pieces of paper that hadn't been in the original packet, one by one. Not a big deal but erodes confidence. The above included info about several time keeping systems, so complicated that it took over a week to figure out where I needed to enter time to get paid. As a result... I was not paid on time for the first month, meaning 3 of 4 missed paychecks! The client doesn't like them for the same reasons: clueless, unorganized, and with little understanding of the corporate world.
