A good place to start help desk role

Working remotely with minimal supervision

Cons

There is little room for development. There is almost no room for moving up in the company

Pros

They took a chance on me being a young kid minimal experience in the field. I have had ups and downs in personal and professional life. They really cared and worked around my hardships and worked with me. It actually seemed for once a company I’ve worked for actually cares about the employee and your wellbeing. Definitely will give a glowing recommendation to anyone considering applying.

Cons

Absolutely no complaints. My experience has been amazing with them.
